Astadia is led by:

J. Ernest Riddle is the President and CEO of Astadia. Ernie delivers overall strategic and executive leadership to the Astadia team. He has more than 35 years of executive experience with Fortune 500 companies including leading the Marketing, Sales, and Planning division at Xerox during a successful 25-year career and serving as President of both Ryder Systems and Norrell Services. Currently, he serves as an advisor and board member for a number of public companies including Danka Business Systems and Airnet Systems, Inc.

Ernie has extensive growth management consulting knowledge in organizing and managing process design, developing executive leadership and helping companies with executive board-level strategic initiatives such as CRM and other sales & marketing strategies centered on improving market penetration and sales productivity.

Ernie holds an MBA from Emory University and a BS from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Blake Wolff is Chief Sales Officer and Executive Vice President of Astadia, where he is responsible for global sales and the marketing services practice. Blake has over 20 years of experience in scaling and directing companies in the high-tech service, customer support and electronic industries.

 

Prior to Astadia, Blake co-founded MW Advisors in 2003, a successful management consulting and technology solutions firm based in Dallas, Texas. Previously, Blake held positions as President and CEO of The Telvista Company, a multi-national call center outsourcer. He founded the company as CompUSA Call Center Services in 1997 and under his leadership, expanded the company from a small, one-site call center to six centers with 4,000 workstations in two countries. During his tenure, the company completed a spin-off from CompUSA creating Telvista where he also served on the Board of Directors.

Blake is a nationally recognized keynote speaker for the SaaS and CRM industries. He holds a MBA from Emory University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Brent Mellow is Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Astadia and has responsibility for global corporate marketing, product design, information technology and management of certain strategic partner relationships. Brent has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, partner relationship management, business finance and infrastructure. Previously, he was Astadia's President, North America sales.

Prior to Astadia, Brent co-founded MW Advisors in 2003, which combined with GrowthCircle to form Astadia. Previously, Brent held leadership positions including VP/Sales & Marketing and VP/Chief Administrative Office at The Telvista Company, a multi-national call center outsourcer; CEO and co-founder for an Internet-based market research company; and SVP & Managing Director in Bank of America's Global Corporate and Investment Banking group.

Brent has been a featured presenter and panelist for UBS, the Call Center Networking Group, and the Southwest Venture Forum. Brent holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Pat Henn is CFO of Astadia where he is responsible for financial operations. Pat has over 18 years of experience in managing financial operations for both public and private high tech/services organizations.

 

Prior to Astadia, Pat was CFO for RCMS Group, an early stage services company to the construction industry. Previously, he was CFO for Indus International, Inc., a public company, where he successfully managed the finance organization and the sale of the company to a private equity group. Before Indus, Pat was the Vice President of Finance and Controller of Manhattan Associates, Inc., a public company, for over 7 years. While at Manhattan Associates, Pat managed the global finance and accounting organizations during a period of rapid growth from $30 million in revenue to over $200 million. Prior to Manhattan Associates, Pat worked for Ernst & Young in Palo Alto, CA and Atlanta, GA for 7 years.

 

Pat is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Jerry Huskins is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for Astadia with responsibility for M&A and Emerging Market Development. Jerry brings over 22 years of strategic finance and technology consulting experience to the Astadia team. Previously, he served as Astadia's President- EMEA where he established the firm's European Operations.

Prior to Astadia, Jerry was co-founder of GrowthCircle, which combined with MW Advisors to form Astadia. Previously, Jerry held leadership positions which included spearheading a successful national growth strategy consulting practice for Inc. Magazine; nine years as a senior manager at Ernst & Young; and co-founding Fountainhead Ventures where he helped companies in the Southeast raise growth capital. Jerry has worked extensively with fast-growing companies helping them manage growth, complete capital acquisition initiatives and invest in the best technology infrastructures for sustained expansion.

Jerry holds a Masters in Taxation from Georgia State University, a BBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Michael Roseman Michael Roseman is Senior Vice President, Professional Services with responsibility for Astadia's CRM, Education Services, and Employee Performance teams supporting US clients.  Previously Michael held a variety of positions at Astadia including SVP, Global Service Delivery, VP of Finance and Strategy and VP of Astadia’s Technology Services (CRM) practice where he directly oversaw hundreds of successful salesforce.com engagements.    

 

Before joining Astadia, Michael worked at Neiman Marcus where he led business units in excess of $60 million and managed high-profile projects involving cooperation between multiple divisions and business locations.  During his ten-year career with Neiman Marcus, Michael was responsible for developing strategies designed to generate revenue, increase customer satisfaction, empower sales staff, improve operational efficiencies and achieve profit objectives.  

 

Michael earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, a graduate certificate from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an undergraduate degree from Emory University.

Mike Lingo is Chief Technology Officer and VP of Sales Engineering for Astadia with responsibility for providing the public with SaaS technology expertise as well as leading sales engineering efforts for enterprise relationships.  Previously, Mike was VP, Global Service Delivery for Astadia.  Mike has over 17 years of application delivery experience with a background in application development, sales force automation, call center solutions, campaign management, business intelligence and project management.

Prior to Astadia, Mike held management positions at Epiphany, Lucent, Cendant and Wyndham. Mike has led software and consulting implementations in the CPG, Enterprise Software, Retail, Professional Services, High Tech, Travel/Leisure, Public Health, Financial Services and Insurance industries. Mike is a certified salesforce.com consultant and has previously helped define CRM product vision and roadmaps for Fortune 1000 companies.

Mike holds a BA in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jason Masciarelli is General Manager, APAC where he drives the Astadia corporate vision to deliver extraordinary value for clients throughout the world. Jason is also responsible for a number of key strategic partner relationships. Since 1991, Jason has gained cross-functional management experience in sales & marketing, IT and operations, giving him a unique ability to understand both the vision of executive leaders and the practical orientation of technologists.


Prior to Astadia, Jason was CEO of Theikos, a global developer and implementer of business technology solutions, which merged with Astadia. Previously, Jason led marketing and business development for Archer Development, a consulting and training firm and internationally recognized thought leader on Relationship Capital and business relationship management.


Jason has a genuine passion for helping clients become more profitable and efficient through the appropriate use of CRM, Business Process Automation, and Collaboration technologies. Jason holds a BA in marketing from Bryant College.

Suman Sharma Suman Sharma is Senior Vice President, Business Development for the Asia-Pacific region.  Suman is best known for her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to execute with precision. Her experience with large enterprises and a successful startup allows her to bring  broad experience in business development, people strategy, and building overseas units.


Prior to Astadia, Suman was Co-Founder & Executive Vice President at Theikos, a global developer and implementer of business technology solutions, which subsequently merged into Astadia.  Suman also worked at Sapient in the Engagement Management group. She managed numerous large client projects and helped to establish Sapient's India operations.  Suman was profiled on 'Young Turks', CNBC Asia. 
 

Suman holds a Masters in Computer Science from UMASS Dartmouth, a Bachelor's in Computer Science from The Institute of Technology & Science, Bhiwani, India, and a CSS in Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School.

Vikas Arora Vikas Arora is Vice President, Delivery for Astadia's Global Development Center.  Vikas is responsible for project delivery, practice management, project management and delivery best practices and brings over 14 years of experience in project management and end-to-end project deliveries. Vikas brings with him the energy to lead and motivate project teams. He provides a strong balance between technology, project management and communication skills needed to execute and deliver projects smoothly.

 

Vikas has worked in Europe and the U.S. for various well known clients.  Prior to joining Astadia, Vikas was heading delivery for Theikos IT Solutions as its India Technical Director.  Previously, Vikas worked in the U.S. as a Microsoft and Java developer for SRG Systems.  Vikas is also a Salesforce Certified Consultant with Force.com competency.  Vikas holds a Masters in Computer Science from M.D. University, India.

David Woodhead

David Woodhead is Vice President, Sales & Delivery for operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

 

David has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and performance management. He has acted as a consultant to many global organisations on sales performance and CRM programs, and brings a creative approach to developing Astadia’s operations in the EMEA region.

 

Prior to joining Astadia in September 2007, David spent 4 years as CEO of a start-up software company. He has previously designed and implemented substantial sales transformation programs for, amongst others, a global supplier in the mobile telecommunications industry, a major IT and services organisation and a household brand in the automotive industry where his passion for helping clients enhance performance through effective people, process and technology enhancement was proven.
